Holiday Accommodation
Our house is available to rent 365 days of the year for your short stay/holiday but is not a long term rental. Our beach house is a child friendly home. It has filtered tank water so you can drink the water from the tap. The house is situated a short 6 minute walk from the beach and close to the Four Square, cafe, gift shop, galleries, bowling club and two playgrounds. The house is fully fenced with a large section for the kids to play on, along with a deck and outdoor furniture. It has an ensuite and a bathroom, heat pump, wood burner and a DVS. There are 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a TV with Freeview. Great large family beach house with a large covered deck. Furnished as a home away from home: fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine. Kitchen fitted out completely to accommodate home cooking if you wish. Flat sunny front section in a quiet cul de sac. Payment and Cancellations
You can cancel your booking for free up to 1 week prior to check-in, however if a cancellation is made within 7 days of check-in, you'll lose 100% of the monies paid.
A booking service charge of $50 applies to all cancellations.
We would be happy to negotiate an alternative booking date as we know the unforeseen does happen - just talk to us ;)
